Job Description: We seek an organised, dependable, proficient Administrative Secretary to join our team.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in administrating intake, preparing for consultation and therapy sessions, and performing administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of our center.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and schedule appointments and therapy sessions and ensure proper client communication.
• Administer client intakes, maintain accurate and confidential client records, and update databases.
• Prepare consultation rooms and ensure all required materials and equipment are available for therapy sessions.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries and provide detailed information about our services.
• Assist in organising and coordinating community and professional training programs.
• Perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and mailing.
• Provide support to the clinical staff as needed and ensure office supplies are wellstocked.
• Address clients’ inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement office policies and procedures.
• Process billing and perform other financial transactions as required.
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent; additional administrative assistant or Secretary qualifications will be a plus.
• Proven experience as an administrative, virtual, or office admin assistant.
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
• Experience in a mental health or medical office setting is an asset.

Child & Adolescent Counselling Therapist (Contract Basis Onsite)
Job description
The Child & Adolescent Counselling Therapist provides psychotherapy and counselling to Children & Adolescents and their families, including individual and group counselling and therapy modalities, and assists in assessing the counselling and therapy needs of Children & Adolescents referred for service. Ability to work and follow directions and recommendations under the supervision of the Clinical Head and Program Coordinator.
Requirements:
- Post-Graduate-level training in Psychology. Counselling, Social Science, Social Work or Psychotherapy.
- Registered and in good standing with the national/provincial regulatory body CCPA, CPCA, CCPCP, RSW
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to provide clear and professional communication to our children and families.
- Access to reliable internet, private workspace, and secure technology.
- Have up-to-date professional liability insurance or commit to having such insurance before your start date.
- Be willing to learn and be comfortable providing virtual therapy besides onsite counselling therapy, group therapy meetings, traning workshops, and case conference, bi-weekly supervision meeting, nessary therapy training with senior staff, and group sessions.

- Knowledge of counselling psychotherapy techniques and measures and recovery techniques and practices.
- Knowledge of counselling and therapy techniques. Ability to interpret inventory/diagnostic interviews and test data.
- Ability to analyze psychological/emotional/cognizational/behavioural deficits.
- Demonstrat high effectice communication, empatic aliences and problem-solving skills.
