    Please complete the form and pay training workshop fee of $ 230 as e-transfer, drop cheque, credit card; A sponsor/ letter of support or cheque from the band reserves in Manitoba, letter of support or cheque from the child protection agency, workplace, or insurance to complete your registration.

    Cancellation Policy - A full 48-hour notice is required for cancelling the training workshop; cancelling less than 48 hours (before 24hrs) before the training workshop, will be billed for 50% of the cost of the training. Contact the office for a refund. Participants who fail to show up for a scheduled training (“no show”) are billed for the full cost of their scheduled training.  Cost for Training $230, the discount will be applied.
