
Mindfulness Integrative Training & Workshop Program
Mindfulness practice and activities, such as meditation and visualization, described below, are very simple but also very powerful. These activities are a great way to put mindfulness into practice during your day-to-day life. Mindfulness-instigated Relapse Prevention, cognitive-behavioural mindfulness, and stress reduction are novel treatment approaches developed for individuals in recovery from concurrent problems and mental health issues.

Education Training Workshops and Seminars Service:
Training workshops and seminars are developed and presented from multicultural perspectives. (8-16-24 hrs onsite or online web conference based) - Mindfulness-Based Parenting skills and attachment - Mindfulness-Based Anger Management and Coping Skills - Mindfulness-Based Stress Management and Anxiety Coping Mechanism - Mindfulness-Based Grief, loss and trauma Resiliency These training workshops are based on topics such as Anger management and coping skills, Attachment and Parenting Skills, Grief and Trauma Resiliency, Domestic Violence & Intimate Partner Violence, Healthy living with Anxiety and Stress, Stress Management and many more topics that will help teach participants to identify and work positively with their issues and resolve their involvements with the court system, probation, child protection agencies and other organizations. The connection between attachment and parenting is very strong and deep, builds sensitive, responsive parenting with secure attachments, and results in healthier and happier kids. Adults struggling with their attachment experiences and reactive attachments during their childhood can’t practice positive attachment strategies and healthy parenting skills. This two days’ workshop will help and teach participants to understand healthy attachments by using their experience, which helps participants to develop healthy parenting strategies. |

Program & Workshops
Cancellation Policy - A full 48 hours notice is required for cancelling the training, & workshops, cancel less than 48 hours before the appointment time, will be billed for 30% of the cost of the appointment. Cancellation less than 24 hours before the appointment time, will be charged for 50% of the cost of the program. Participants who fail to show up for a scheduled appointment, or training (“no show”) are billed for the full cost of their scheduled session.
