Attachment and Mindfulness-Based Parenting Skills Development Training Workshop

The connection between attachment and parenting is solid and deep, builds sensitive, responsive parenting with secure attachments, and results in healthier and happier kids. “Attachment parenting” is a method of child-rearing intended to forge opens in a new window strong, secure-healthy attachments between parents, caregivers, and children.
Adults struggling with their attachment experiences and reactive attachments during childhood can’t practice positive attachment strategies and healthy parenting skills.
This training is designed to promote parenting sensitivity, reflective function, dyadic affect regulation and mutuality.

This presents attachment principles that particularly focus on children, adolescence and parenting and include mindfulness parenting skills, role-plays and activities that encourage parental self-reflection, learning, and skills development. The workshop can be delivered by a range of health and education professionals in mental health agencies, child-community agencies, and schools. This two days workshop will help and teach participants to understand healthy attachments by using their experience, which helps participants to develop healthy parenting strategies.

Anger Management & Coping Skills Training Workshop

This 15 hrs anger management program will teach participants how to identify their anger triggers and examine their anger and its expression both in the workplace and at home. 
 Anger is an entirely normal, generally healthy, human emotion, but it turns destructive; it can lead to problems at work,  personal relationships, and the overall quality of your life. Training also helps to understand how not to take on someone's anger and identify how to help others and manage anger-related behaviours. This workshop can be helpful to those dealing with anger and anger-related problems. Anger can make you feel like you're at the kindness of an unpredictable and intense emotion. This workshop is meant to help you understand and manage anger.

Domestic Violence & Intimate Partner Violence Training Workshop

Domestic violence (DV) & Intimate Partner Violence(IPV) continues to constitute an
enormous community problem in the outline communities. Domestic violence is
a global health/life issue that can take many forms and affect anyone.
Health and social care professionals play an important role in recognizing 
and helping victims of violent and abusive relationships.

Knowledge and understanding of the prevention, and intervention that faces families impacted by Domestic Violence & Intimate Partner Violence long or short term. This workshop and training guidelines are proposed for the community, professionals and individuals along with a discussion of the implications of such standards and knowledge for Domestic Violence & Intimate Partner Violence.

​Many people are exposed to loss, grief or potentially traumatic events at some point in their lives, and yet they continue to have positive emotional experiences and show only minor and transient disruptions in their ability to function. 
 Unfortunately, because of less support and knowledge about the way of coping with grief, loss or trauma develop not only complicated grief syndrome but also residential school syndrome, PTSD, Clinical trauma, and depression as well. The speaker challenges these assumptions to improve coping skills by reviewing evidence that resilience represents the process of recovery.

​Healthy Living with Anxiety & Stress Management Traning

Stress and anxiety typically occur when there is a perceived threat and a lack of resources to cope with this threat. The Anxiety & Stress Management Workshop aims to teach life skills and develop tools to better manage your anxiety and stress. The participant will learn techniques and theories about the development of anxiety and chronic stress and how to cope with it very effectively. 
      In this online workshop, participants will explore and learn an overview of how to manage stress/anxieties in our lives using research-supported strategies and skills such as an understanding of the impact of nutrition and stress on symptoms of anxiety, self-management techniques, including deep breathing, progressive muscle relaxation, and mindfulness techniques automatic thoughts, unconscious rules/beliefs, and thinking styles contribute to anxiety… etc. 


We are successfully offering workshops for outline communities by travelling to their remote communities. Free follow-up therapy or information support up to 2 to 3 sessions for all participants: free workbook and practical exercises. Please let us know which program option best fit your community.
