Cancellation Policy - A full 24 hours notice is required for cancelling appointments. If the client (over 15 Y) or clients between 5 Y - 15 Y notice is required from family, foster parent or agency cancel with less than 24 hours before the appointment time, will be billed for 50% of the cost of the appointment. Cancellation with less than 12 hours before the appointment time, will be charged for 70% of the cost of the appointment. Clients who fail to show up for a scheduled appointment (“no show”) are billed for the full cost of their scheduled session.
