Online Psychotherapy & Consultation
Online psychotherapy is a method of therapy that has been proven to be as effective as a face-to-face appointment. Many people prefer online psychotherapy because it is more convenient and offers anonymity.
iMC online therapy offers sessions for adolescents, adults, families, and groups. Most clients can communicate their thoughts and feelings more easily over the Internet than they can face-to-face. The online psychotherapy service is not intended for suicide prevention and other emergencies.

Group Therapy(Therapy Group Session)
Therapy groups can be very supportive and highly effective, but they can also be very challenging. Group participation requires a willingness to take risks and experience uncomfortable emotions, at least long enough to think about them and understand where they come from.
Therapy groups would involve psycho-educational, therapeutic activities, or sharing. For example, people who are nervous around others or have low self-esteem find group therapy to be more effective than individual therapy.
